QA/QC Introduction

To ensure the quality of our products, we have established a complete testing system. These measures cover testing of raw materials, in-process testing, and final testing. Before delivery, our QC staff tests every finished product.

We have implemented the following procedures in order to ensure all products meet high standards:
1) All raw materials and accessories must be checked or tested before entering production facilities, with unqualified items being rejected.
2) Quality control over product lines:
3) Finished products are checked in order to ensure their quality levels.
4) Stock products will be checked regularly so as to ensure that quality standards are maintained.
5) Quality information from the marketing department is rapidly and efficiently delivered to the QC and technical departments. Therefore, the R&D team can improve designs and correct any problems as soon as possible.
